Given a short timeframe of 30 minutes, we embarked on a delightful mission to discover as many of our cherished furry friends as possible. The adventure was nothing short of exciting, as each minute brought us closer to some of the most charming and fluffy characters on the NYUAD campus.
Our campus is a haven for many stray cats, cared for by volunteer staff who provide medical attention and food, ensuring their well-being. While there are several ways to interact with these feline residents, the volunteers emphasize that sharing human food is not advisable due to health concerns. Additionally, introducing new cats to the campus is strongly discouraged, as it can lead to territorial disputes, resulting in severe injuries or even fatalities among them. Our hearts are now set on promoting the protection of these lovable creatures through the short film we made, highlighting their presence and the compassionate community that surrounds them.
